Law Enforcement Guidelines

1. Overview

These guidelines are intended for law enforcement agencies and other authorized parties seeking information about accounts hosted on Galaxy Cloud Solutions LLC infrastructure. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users while complying with valid legal obligations.

2. Legal Process Requirements

Galaxy Cloud Solutions LLC will only disclose user information in response to valid legal process. We require one of the following before disclosing any account information:

• Subpoena — for basic account registration information
• Court Order — for access logs and account activity records
• Search Warrant — for content of communications and stored data
• Emergency Request — for imminent threats to life (see Section 6)

3. Information We Can Provide

With a valid subpoena:

• Account registration information (name, email address)
• IP address used to create the account
• Account creation date and time
• Payment method type and last four digits
• Billing address if provided

With a valid court order:

• Access logs and connection records
• Account activity history
• IP addresses associated with account activity

With a valid search warrant:

• Content stored on customer VMs (where technically accessible)
• All information available under subpoena and court order

4. Information We Cannot Provide

• Content inside customer VMs that we do not have access to
• Encrypted data we cannot decrypt
• Information we do not collect or retain
• Credit card numbers or full payment details (processed by PayPal/Stripe)

5. User Notification

Galaxy Cloud Solutions LLC will notify affected users of any legal requests for their account information prior to disclosure, unless prohibited by law or court order. Users will be given reasonable time to seek legal counsel or file an objection before we comply with the request.

6. Emergency Requests

In cases involving an imminent threat to life or serious physical harm, Galaxy Cloud Solutions LLC may provide limited information without formal legal process. Emergency requests must be submitted by a law enforcement officer and include a description of the emergency and the information requested. Contact us immediately at [email protected].

7. How to Submit a Request

All legal process must be submitted in writing to:

Requests must include:

• The legal process document (subpoena, court order, or search warrant)
• The specific account or IP address being requested
• A date range for the information requested
• Contact information for the requesting officer or attorney

We cannot process overly broad or vague requests. Requests that do not meet these requirements will be returned.

8. Data Preservation

Upon receipt of a valid preservation request, Galaxy Cloud Solutions LLC will preserve relevant account data for 90 days pending formal legal process. Preservation requests should be submitted to [email protected].

9. Cost Reimbursement

Galaxy Cloud Solutions LLC reserves the right to seek reimbursement for costs associated with responding to legal requests, as permitted by applicable law.
