By accessing or using any services provided by Galaxy Cloud Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") at galaxycloudsolutions.com, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Galaxy Cloud Solutions provides virtual machine (VM) hosting services including Virtual Private Servers (VPS). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase services.
All services are billed monthly. Payment is due on the invoice date. Failure to pay within 7 days may result in suspension. Failure to pay within 14 days may result in termination and data deletion. No refunds for partial months. All prices are in USD.
Galaxy Cloud Solutions operates on a best-effort basis. We do not currently guarantee a specific uptime SLA. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control including ISP outages, power failures, hardware failures, or natural disasters.
Each plan includes defined resource allocations. Excessive use beyond your plan limits may result in throttling, suspension, or termination. Fair use policies apply to all plans.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. Please refer to our Acceptable Use Policy for detailed restrictions. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
Galaxy Cloud Solutions does not guarantee data backups. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any data loss.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, all data may be permanently deleted.
Galaxy Cloud Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, United States.
